Terms & Conditions
To ensure that your postcards print accurately, we provide a proof with every order. Please proofread all proofs carefully. We will not print your postcards without your signed approval. Please check graphics, spelling, phone numbers, web addresses, grammar, etc. You are 100% responsible for all information on your postcard.
PostcardPower "gang runs" all postcards. We will reproduce color from your submitted artwork as close as possible but cannot guarantee an exact match due to limitations of the CMYK printing process and the ink requirements of the surrounding cards on the press sheet. We can get 90-95% accuracy for your colors.
Cancellation Policy - No cancellations after receipt of your order. We cannot offer refunds once design work has begun. We will issue credit toward your next order if that action is applicable and necessary.
All orders must be paid in advance. We will be unable to begin your work until we receive your order form and payment. Your postcards will not ship out or be mailed until final payment is received.
Turnaround times are not guaranteed. Please allow 7-10 days from the time you approve your postcard for us to print and ship your cards. Delays in our turnaround time can occur due to equipment failure, shipping delays, etc. Your sales representative will notify you with any problems.
Requested mail date is not guaranteed. Lists must be received 7 days prior to mail date and payment must be received no less than three days before mail date. View mailing instructions.
Postcards that are warehoused for more than six months from the original purchase date will be recycled or shipped to the customer at their expense.
