Mailing Terms and Conditions

1. PostcardPower cannot guarantee mail dates until payment and card approval have been receive. PostcardPower is not liable for post office delivery schedules and cannot guarantee when postcards will be delivered by the USPS.

2. In order to guarantee your mail date, all lists must be received 7 days prior to mailing.

3. The file name for your mailing is the order number provided to you by PostcardPower. If you do not know your customer order number, please call 1-800-411-6256.

4. Mailing services include address standardization, CASS certification, sorting, packaging and delivery to the USPS.

5. Postage payment must be received at least 3 days prior to your postcard mailing.
