Specifications
We won’t overload you with a novel full of hieroglyphics, but here's a couple of guidelines to follow when you're getting ready to send your files. Take a moment and review our file checklist to prevent
possible resubmission of files, extra charges and delays in turn-around
time.

Accepted Media Formats:
• CD ROM/DVD
• USB Flash Drive
• File Transfer through our affiliate yousendit.com**
*All file submissions must include identifying information
(name, company, address, phone #).

• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe PDF (press quality)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Quark XPress |

Layout Specifications InDesign & Quark XPress
• Include all images and fonts used
• Document size must be postcard size
• Make all bleeds 1/8"
• All colors and images must be CMYK |

Images Specifications
• Make all images 300 dpi at 100%
• Submit images as TIFF or EPS files.
• Bleeds must be 1/8" |

Font Specifications
• Include all screen and printer fonts
• Do not stylize fonts in Quark and InDesign.
This means do not use the type style option for bold, italic, shadow or outline effects. Please use the font-specific style's actual version (example: Arial Bold) |
